The Splitz Band
Toccoa, GA –July 24,
2021 – The Ida Cox Music Series welcomes The Splitz Band to its stage
this Saturday at 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm. This will be their first time to Toccoa,
but it promises to be a fun night of classic Motown sounds, with a dash of the
old-school and contemporary R & B. Tunes will include songs from the
Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, & The Jacksons; to the Gap Band
and Boyz II Men.
The evening will start
at 7:00 with hometown musician, Jimmy Scott.
The Ida Cox Music Series, named after famed Toccoan Blues musician, Ida Cox, features free music in Downtown Toccoa every Saturday in June, July, and August. The music starts at 7:00 pm and the series lasts until approximately 10:00pm each Saturday night. Bring a lawn chair to Downtown Toccoa and enjoy live music, food, and drink in a relaxing atmosphere.
