GA, July 20, 2020, – If you “just can’t wait to be king,”
join Simba on his royal quest in the Lion
King, Saturday, August 8th at 10:00am & 2:00pm at the
Historic Ritz Theatre.
Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to
heart his own royal destiny on the plains of Africa. But not everyone in the
kingdom celebrates the new cub's arrival. Scar, Mufasa's brother -- and former
heir to the throne -- has plans of his own. The battle for Pride Rock is soon
ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba's
exile. Now, with help from a curious pair of newfound friends, Simba must
figure out how to grow up and take back what is rightfully his. This movie
features the voices of James Aerl Jones, Seth Rogan, and Billy Eichner. It is
rated PG with a run time of 1hr 58min.
Because of social distancing guidelines each show time
will be limited to the first 100 guests. Hand sanitizer will be available
throughout the theatre and face masks are encouraged. The theatre will be cleaned
and disinfected between each showing.
