Toccoa Harvest Festival 2020
Toccoa, GA –
August 14, 2020 - At their regular August 14, 2020 Downtown Development
Authority (DDA) Meeting, the City of Toccoa DDA voted to cancel the 2020
Harvest Festival in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the difficulty that the
City of Toccoa would face in keeping social distancing and safety measures in
place for this 14,000-person two-day event. This would have been the 44th
year of the Harvest Festival.
“We look forward to sharing our plans for other smaller
events in the next months,” stated Sharon Crosby, Special Events Coordinator.
“Our goal is to provide events that everyone will enjoy and that they will feel
safe in participating.”
