GA, January 31, 2020- Giddy up to the Historic Ritz Theatre on
Friday, February 7th for the first movie of our Western Series, the
1993 hit, Tombstone. Show times are
at 10am and 7pm.
Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) and his brothers, Morgan
(Bill Paxton) and Virgil (Sam Elliott), have left their gunslinger ways behind
them to settle down and start a business in the town of Tombstone, Ariz. While
they aren't looking to find trouble, trouble soon finds them when they become
targets of the ruthless Cowboy gang. Now, together with Wyatt's best friend,
Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer), the brothers pick up their guns once more to restore
order to a lawless land. The movie is
rated R with a run time of 2 hours and 10 minutes.
Movies in our Western Movie Series were chosen through
online voting. The rest of the February line- up includes Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly,
and True Grit. As always, movies and
