RE: Linda Davis Performs at the Historic Ritz
Theatre
TOCCOA,
GA, July 15, 2019 – The Historic Ritz Theatre is pleased
to present Grammy winner Linda Davis on Friday, August 2nd at 7pm as
the premiere performance for the 2019 Night at the Ritz season.
In 1993, Davis and superstar Reba McEntire recorded
the duet, “Does He Love You.” The recording
became a #1 hit and earned the women a Grammy Award for Best Country Vocal
Collaboration. Additionally, she also won the Grammy for Best Contemporary
Christian Album and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song as part
of the Scott Family's album Love Remains. In 2009, she was inducted into the
Texas Country Music Hall of Fame.
Night at the Ritz is an annual event series at the
Historic Ritz Theatre, and is funded, in part, by generous grants from the
National Endowment for the Arts and Georgia Council for the Arts. Tickets for
all shows may be purchased online, at the Toccoa Welcome Center, or at the
theatre box office before showtime.
Adult tickets are $10, children under 12 and students with an ID are
$5.
