RE: The Ritz Presents… Oscars in Toccoa

Toccoa, GA, March 5, 2018- Main Street Toccoa is proud to announce the winning films of its upcoming movie event series, The Ritz Presents… Oscars in Toccoa.

Taking place at the Historic Ritz Theatre, Oscars in Toccoa will showcase three Oscar Best Picture Winners over the storied history of Oscar winners. During the month of February, votes were cast to determine the films that will be showcased at the upcoming event series. The winning films are, in first place, Gone with the Wind, in second place, Casablanca, and in third place, The Sting. Gone with the Wind alone received over 40% of the first place vote.

Dates and showtimes will be held at:

·         April 6: The Sting, 7pm

·         April 20: Casablanca, 7pm

·         April 27: Gone with the Wind, 7pm

The week of each film, spend at least $5 at participating downtown retailers or restaurants to receive an Oscars in Toccoa voucher good for admission and concessions for two at the Oscar film of your choice.
