Festival of Trees

New this year, for the 2015 Festival of Trees, there will be 10 beautiful trees on display upstairs at the Historic Courthouse in Downtown Toccoa. The trees will be decorated by local artists and will be auctioned off at 8:30 p.m. Friday night with all proceeds going to the United Way. The trees can be viewed in the Historic Courthouse on Thursday, December 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, December 4, from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. These trees would be perfect for businesses or for private homes.

For more information, please call the Main Street office at 706-282-3309 or go to www.mainstreettoccoa.com.

Christmas Raffle

Main Street Toccoa will be conducting a raffle again this year during the holiday season in downtown Toccoa.  Any purchase made between November 28 and December 23 in a Downtown business receives an entry.  You will receive a ticket to write your name and email on.  The tickets will then be placed in the participating store’s collection bucket.  All the buckets will be collected and tickets consolidated to draw the winning entries.  The winning entries will be drawn and announced on December 31 on WNEG Radio.  The more you shop, the more likely you are to win!  We will be raffling off three gift baskets, each with prizes from Main Street and Downtown businesses. Anyone who shops on Small Business Saturday, November 28, or at the Christmas Fest, December 4, will receive two entries per purchase. Everyone is invited to shop in Downtown Toccoa in the month of December for a chance to win! The Main Street Office is happy to answer any questions. Please contact Weslie Clark at 706.282.3232 for inquiries.
